You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, completely free of charge.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The item must be in original condition
  • The item must include original packaging (including the gift box)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Gift cards

  • Reason for return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Order Cancellations

After that, the order may already be processed or shipped and may not be eligible for cancellation.
